My brother and I just got in a huge argument about something stupid. I told him to shut his mouth because I was done and he kept going. This whole time my mom was trying to make him stop but he wouldn't and she called my dad to make him come home. Then he got home sat us down and started talking and somewhere in the conversation my brother felt the need to tell my dad that I have been dipping (chewing tobacco) for like a year and a half. My dad grounds me for a month and he got off scott free.

Now keep in mind that he's 18 and I'm 16.

I need some advice on what to do next time.

just knock his ass out, if he makes the first move you have every right to hit him back.

you dont have to keep at him, just clock him to show you mean it that you want him to leave you alone.

Next time...when he is standing real close tormenting you to hit him by saying "do it...hit me!" get real close to him. Then bash your hard forehead against his nose one time, like you mean it. That will make his eyes water and he will see some pretty little lights...regardless of how big he is. Then, knee him in the gut and knock the breath out of him. And then after that...put him down with multiple strikes to the head and back all the while verbally venting your frustration that you did not want to do what you are doing now, but he made you do it.
 
ur hands look soft...you dont work much do u?

ive got so many calluses on my palms and scars on my nuckles, fingers, and hands and im not a fighter (can/have/will fight but dont do it just to do it).

i think you need to toughen up a bit then knock the livin s**** outta him
 
Either that or his knuckles may be swollen.
 
Thats life :) Especially at that age :) Though I was already living on my own then.. Still you got off lucky.. I wound up with two black eyes and and some knarly bruises for smoking in the house about 14-15 just before I moved out.

Patchin the hole isn't hard.. but making it look like it never happened if you don't do drywall ... Will cost you a pretty penny :) I don't worry cause i work with the Drywall God :D

dam,yur crazy. when i get in fights i just steel their girl and if he comes after me either fight or if hes bigger get my boyz C and BiG. you guys sound like my cuzins in east Denver that are always fighting and arguing... those Phsycos :ROFL:
