how much do these fish cost i only have 50$

I've had some assorted african cichlids before and they were pretty easy to take care of. Also, they are quite colorful and don't cost that much. You could get some baby ones at the pet store for around $4 or $5 each.

Ram Cichlid
Ram Cichlid was one of the very first fish I kept. I had 3 breeding pairs in a 20 gallon and every time they breed I made money off the fry by selling them to local shops. Like Rayman said Angel fish would also be another fish to keep in mind.

ram chiclids are very sensitive 2 water paramter...from my experience that is...had a comminity of them..

Depends on where you shop, all of these are cheaap. The glass cats are the priceyest at about $4, they would go in last after your tank settles down, save a buck each by getting rosy barbs, etc, that are hardier. The hatchet fish run about $3 a pop and I admit silvers are hardier. Neons, glolight, head+tail light, cardinal, lemon tetras run $1-2 each, cory cats $2-3 each but you only need a couple. Plants vary a lot but a lot of fish stores will throw in free snails.
