Funny you would say that because yes I have thought about that... I have thought about using the sides of the tank I'm cutting up to make small viewing windows on the side of the tank I am building...Sounds like you've done a lot of work on this, so I'm guessing you've already considered it, but I'd work out a way to have a small viewing window on the sides or on both the left and right front, unless you've worked out another viewing solution. Even a 1'x1' window might work. (A submersible camera might work as well and might be more fun.)
Being unable to actually see parts of the tank might be fine until a fish is ill, tries to mate, or begins attacking other fish, or even some part of the tank or decor needs maintenance. At that point, being able to see it all might be important to you.
I wouldn't put them on the front I think it would look stupid, But I could make some small ones on the side!! I already planned to use the whole top off that tank on the one I'm building because it has nice heavy duty lids with it, once I get a lot of work done to it I'm going to start a Thread for it, I just don't want to bore people with it so I will wait until I have enough done to keep posting about it!!!
But Thank you for your reply and any advice that anyone can give me!!
