Wow, that's all I can say. He looks like a bruiser. Appears to have been well cared for given the size and condition. How long before Midas start showing signs of a nuchal hump?
Glad you pulled the trigger on this one. He looks awesome! My wife isn't a fan of Nuchal Humps either. They gross her out. I'm trying to picture a huge Midevil like that living peacefully with goldfish. There is always a fish that goes against the grain. Maybe the Goldfish were bullies

I recently had a talk with a woman that had some hyper aggressive goldfish that constantly killed every fish that she introduced. But after she described the fish, I figured out that she had Blood Parrots and not goldfish lol. She didn't think it was all that funny though. Nice pick up, Justin!

Thank you. I won't/don't want to breed him. There are countless other people breeding them and I don't care to spawn anything in my house without good bloodlines and solid lineage.
I would agree 100%. Anyone who has seen him is impressed with how well he was cared for and is the main reason I picked him up. Not sure on the age of development sorry.

Thanks Al! I can't seem to imagine the tankmates either. I've seen some wierd things work out too (like Scott's with tetras and plants etc..) but this guy is waaaay too nutty for me to imagine him with anything..
