Sorry Ash... They are right.. Although I love to keep fishies(And not the girly kind btw) fishkeeping in general is definitely a male dominated hobby. I actually dont know any other females who are interested in keeping more than a betta... lol....

Even when I try to talk to my gf's about my fish, they just roll their eyes and change the subject... Thats why MFK is so awesome.. but I voted Male..

Yeah, I've noticed that also. But it's sort of strange because I feel like a good amout of the employees at a lot of fish stores, and especially pet stores, are girls.

in europe I've noticed many petstore employees are girls. I figure they are there to attract the predominantly male clientele. As most of them are absolutely clueless.

Having said that, my favourite LFS employee was female, she managed a LFS and ordered me whatever I wanted at good prices, she was really cool.

Most girls think fish are boring or yucky... I personally love to watch my fish.. it is sooo relaxing.. I hardly watch t.v at all... As I stated earlier I dont know any other women who like to keep fish.. and why I think all the ladies on this site Kick ***!!!

I just hate to see fish being tortured or whatever.. like with feeders.. dont buy ones that are way too big.. get little ones that will at least be gone in one bite!!!

No no no... girls just like kitty cats or puppies.. you cant pet fish... I dunno.. I prefer my fish to the dog... but my dog is sooo annoying.. just wants to lick you and be petted.. so annoying.....
