Make sure she is indeed eating them first, the parents generally pick the tiny fry up and move them to a prepared pit or other nursery area. You may not see them for a few days after that, don't panic, mom & dad will lead them around the tank from pit to pit, and make sure they find food as soon as the babies can swim. If that sounds too nerve racking do something now, transfer the spawn site (if you can) to a large bowl of water, and then transfer it to a tank filled with water from the old tank. Use airstones but be careful, these eggs are hatching now, you don't want to tumble fry all over the tank. Good luck...if you could do it, removing the parents to other tanks would be so much better.
