I have notices my cichlids in both tanks scratch quite often I was hoping these are not a parasite they have that has been causing this

I had these in my motags tank but since he busted down the divider to get to the female and theyve now got about 500 fry in there I havent seen anymore guess the fry munched on them 
I just started up my 2 xp3's after i got done with the water change and about a billion of them came out of the filters
Holy JESUS! What ever you do DO NOT put your hand in the tank!They will burrow into the pores of your skin and you will begin vomiting uncontrollably.
Or they're just planaria and ya need to vacuum the gravel,do some water changes,cut back on over feeding etc etc.

Oh and whatever you do -DONT put them in a "Taste activator glass"!!!

hahaa This is not a funny matter. I have the hibby jibbys now haha. I have been looking up planaria and these guys are not sticking to the glass at all.
That's because aquarium people still think nematodes are planaria. It's pretty sad to see, actually. I mean, how do you not know about
