I bought the remnants of a closed down fish farm today. It is in Dr. Joes neck of the woods and has to be moved by Tuesday. We have been talking about it in PM’s but his back yard really wasn't in the discussion :naughty:

Here are some pics. By the way, I am going to be parting this out. I am a full time engineering student, so that does not give me the time to play fish god.

Holy crap! How much did you pay for all that? If I had all those tanks, I think breeding would be manditory! To much fun to be had stocking all those.

congrats and good luck!

Wow, cool!

Looks like you'll have fun sorting through that stuff. All those tanks! So lucky! You are going to keep at least a couple, right?

You're a glutton for punishment <grin>. I hope you make some money from it. When i try to sell used equipment I get the guys that want it for free or complain because it isn't as pretty as they'd like.

Use some phosphoric acid and clean the tanks up well. Write down the model of each of the equipment pieces and get retail prices for them new. Write down where to get the repair parts and put it on a card attached to each item. That way, when someone asks, you can say, "it's all on the card attached to the item. I can't remember each piece." Don't give away buckets of parts until almost all of the items are gone. Some one's going to come back to get the incidental pieces missing for the operation of whatever they bought. They'll expect you to have it. Get rid of EVERYTHING and use some of the money to buy NEW stuff for yourself.

Good luck. It won't be easy money. BTW, what farm??
