Feed it blood worms,frozen beef heart,and a pellet by SPECTRUM. Give it lots of room and watch it grow.
i went to an auction this pass sunday. picked up some petenia splendida. has anyone had this type of fish ? need info.
when it grows it will be hard to find tankmates that can handle it. mines was 10" and it beat the hell out of my arowanas which are hugh.
I've only had three flowerhorns.
My first and second were great with their tankmates they grew up with, even after a year they never clashed, faught, or killed anyone.
My third, has slowly killed off everything in only a couple months.
He's a huge dickhead.
They all have diff personalities, so beware!
