Apart from a feeling like a nettle sting I feel ok, it's been about 10min anything to watch out for? I'm a hypercontriate at the best of times lol....

It's red just to the right of my thumb, I ran it under hot water and tipped vinegar on it.

I hope you already sucked out the toxin!!!!

LOL

Treat just like any wound. Wash it out well with soap and running warm. Perhaps some peroxide before bandaging it up.

Not a big deal. Worst case scenario is amputation :D

Lol, I attempted to suck it yes...
It hasn't got any worse although I have a slight headache (possibly jack daniDan last night lol)
And it still stings about the same....

I remember getting nailed bad in my palm by a lima shovelnose and how much it hurt, it lasted for hours and hours. I wouldn't sweat it. Maybe take some ibuprofen or acetaminophen.

Reminds me of a joke:

The Lone Ranger and Tanto were out in the field. Nature called, so the Lone Ranger went behind a brush to do #2. Upon squatting down, he gets bitten by a rattle snake, right in the penis!
The Lone Ranger ran to Tanto for help. Tanto didn't know what to do, so he told the Lone Ranger to stay there while he goes to seek advice from the nearby Shaman.
Tanto arrives at the Shaman and explained what had happened. The Shaman told Tanto that the venom just simply needs to be sucked out, and the LR will be fine.
Tanto races back to the LR. Upon his arrival, the LR, in a panic, ran up to Tanto and asked what the Shaman has said. Tanto replied: "He said you're going to die"

JackD probably would have been a good antisepctic for that wound :D

When I stepped on a sting ray, I had to pour the hottest water I could stand on the wound to help neutralize the toxin, and help pull out the stinger sheath, the almost boiling water worked very well.
The majority of pain went away in only a coupe hours, although I felt a slight ache for a couple months.
Some friends that stepped on them, but didn't know about the hot water trick, felt pain for years.
