Will u guys add me because you all seem to know more than me and if i have a question i could send a message. and i never thaugh of the neons being schooling fish, so ill get some more. i only have a 40 gal. tank would it be crowding the angels to add a few more neons?. and what temp should i set my tank warmer on.? it dont have numbers just noughtes.?

and i have heard that if you keep the floresent bulb on to long it wil cook my babies lol. But i have also heard that it wouldnt hurt the fish at al and it would be good for them. the bulb is white in color. I was thinking of getting a neon bulb so my neons would be neon lol. if i get one what would be the best color and how long to leave it on?
sorry if im buggin you guys but tis is the first time i have foulnd a site just for fishies. I love the site, it needs nothing to be better. The olny thing i would suggest is maybe some different colors. Not something that will give someone a seizure lol

Fluorescent lights shouldn't raise the temp of a 40gal. The tungsten filaments in incandescent bulbs are known to heat tanks. As to the temp, the species listed would do well in 82-84F. Be sure to adjust aeration since warmer water holds less dissolved oxygen. If you can't reliably tell the tank temperature, invest in a floating or fixed thermometer so you can accurately adjust the temp. Can't help you on the neon bulb, ...never used them.
