I JUst purchased a pair of Severums

wow those are some gorgeous fish. 50 for the pair I think I would have paid that for one of them

I got them at my lfs, the owners where moving and couldn't take them. Not sure of the age, but was told they have not spawned yet. I was told they are Gold Severums, but I don't beleive they are.

They are line-bred gold severum. They are imported from asian countries and are quite common in LA area. $50 is still a good price for a large pair.

i just paid $45 for a single male 7'' gold severum.....so $ 50 for a pair, thats a steal man.

I had to share a pic....Their color is brilliant and I am so excited about them.
I have had Green Severums for .....lets see.....about 4 broods now.

Yeah I just picked up three gold severums. They are not quite as beautiful as yours but they will get there in time. They are 2" a piece and but three for 24.

They are great fish to have.

Those are absolutely intense colors! Great looking fish.
