75 gallon stocked with 12 peacocks. Did I do well with the rock work? Anything I should change?

It's cloudy due to me just adding the sand and rocks last night

Pictures are not extremely clear but the orange one looks like a red zebra. If you can get better pictures we may be able to identify the fish a little better. Hard to tell but the body shape of several look to be mbuna. Overall I think the tank looks good. I like the rock work.

I'll get some better pictures of him once i get home. If he is a Mbuna, would it be better to replace him and be strictly peacock? How can I tell the difference between the two?

Where's the sunken pirate ship? ;)

Mbuna have a tendency to be more aggressive than peacocks. My experience is hit or miss if it is indeed a red zebra. Some are docile some highly aggressive. I mix mbuna and peacocks and for the most part have had success. Sometimes just finding right mix of fish.
If you want to ensure that the fish are what they are sold as buy from a reputable source. I would not suggest purchasing from mixed African tanks in stores.
