As your TSN grows he will most likely try eating all your fish. And I would get rid of the carbon and add more bio rings in your cans. 2x 25% WC/week is the schedule i would get on.

Yeah I'd definitely fill the 405 with biorings. Chemipure has carbon in it anyways. I'm not sure how big your fish are, but long term that's not enough filtration. You need a big sump or another fx5 or Eheim 2262. Technically a 200 gallon won't be big enough for a TSN either.
