With a Water change from Cold Water to not so cold water... I was going to class and I rushed the process.... I put well over 90 icecubes in my 55g after the complete water change but i guess my hose water was still too warm for the little guy... RIP Mr.Pike :(:(:(
 
aw that sux thats simular to how i killed my alligatir gar....i wanted to get him in my new tank to fast and put him in b4 the chemicals had to leave came back in an hour n he was gone...not worth rushing it
 
I really wish he didnt die. He was awesome to watch.
 
sorry to hear about your pike, so im curious how do you get your hands on a pike, i live up in canada and its illegal to own any game fish. arent they game fish in the states. or do you just have different laws?

You can own gamefish as long as they are legally collected/obtained. They have to be within size limits and caught on line and tackle, so on and so forth.
 
sorry to hear about your pike my heater failed on my biorb life marine and cooked the fish also a few years ago my frend said to me hay il clean your blue dolphin so i reluctantly said be careful what does he do go and put the water derectly from the cold tap :cry:
