all hookbill birds are able to mimic human speech.
Very few are actually able to comprehend what they are saying. And the ones that do only do so on the most basic level. For example, a bird saying "come here" to get its owner to come to it, doesnt actually know what "come here" means, but knows that saying it will get its owner to come.
