you could just take the other one to the vet.

good idea just make sure it is a very good retile/exotic vet not some run of the mill cat and dog vet my friend made that mistake lost his sulcata to a shot happy vet

if i remeber correctly kingsnake.com has a reptile vet locator

Feed: DOES NOT EAT THE FEEDER FISH still too small, been feeding them krill every morning.
Tank: 20 gallon, filled half way up.
Water Changes: Every week though I missed my last week, I change 75% of the water.
Temp: we keep the house pretty warm no lower then 18 C and the water is the same or a little higher (I didnt have a heater on the tank, just allowed the heat lamp to be on for a decient amount of time) I do have a filter running in the tank with them.
Water: We are out in the country so we have just straight from the ground well water. Didnt treat it.
Bowle movements: I havent seen much of that but from time to time I would see some poops on the basking log usually smoothish and dark brown in color.

The turtles are usually quite active and swiming around I didnt notice anything differnt with them in the previous days. My wife said that the turtle who died had his neck all the way out and was pretty stiff, the other turtle kept trying to lift him up and out of the water as she swam next to him. The other turtle is looking healthy and acting normal still. I just dont know what happend to the other.
