Becarfull with this type of fish, they are EXTREMELY Expensive and require ALOT of Attention, after awhile they also will require you to throw in an expensive rock or two into their tanks...or they just turn meaner than hell, Also don't forget that this is a species only fish that will get very territorial should another of the same sex come around... Good luck and can't wait to see the new tank you get for it

Yes, unfortunately they are not compatible with specimen of the same sex. Even if you house them in different tanks, lol.
