I need a Clown Loach price guide.

I would go with a little cheaper, You want people to buy loaches off YOU, Not the LFSI would say around 45-50 dollars for 6'' and 25-30 for 4''. Good luck
I wish people in my area would pay $25-30 for a 4" clown, but more like $20 for the NW in my opinion. Only state this as there are some that I would like to get rid of.
Yes, measurement includes the fins. Typically TL (total length) just as the requirements in the fishing industry.
Here is an example of one clown I measured. It was number 35 in my tank and the most recent from a couple months ago.
4" sizes @ $20-$25 each is realistic from a private seller
6" size @ $50- $60 (It really depends if it is sold on MFK or Craigslist,)
In my opinion, this would be a good start.

WHAT? I just got 8 4"+ clown loaches for $4.50 each at my local petsmart that's crazy over priced

As some of us know. The seasonal specials at the box store is going on. Sounds like you got a great deal. Pretty hard to find. I have been to a couple petsmart in my area and they were 1"-2" in size, :-( . In short, good find! You got pics?
I just did a road trip around Oregon.... Found a couple at 5" for 9.99$ but when the owner went to ring me up he got pissed and said he wanted 40 each... cheapest I could find was 8$ but they were half an inch, anything over 2" was 25-30$, over 5" was 60-70$ and and over 6 was 150$
