The condo association is telling me that I have 15days to get rid of my tanks or they are going to evict my family.

Lol it's 9 tanks - we've been looking for another place to live. I basically just need to prolong this as long as possible.

The lease DOES NOT say anything about not having tanks.
The by laws allow fish as pets.

They are saying raising fish to give/sell/ trade is NOT keeping them as pets.

My worst nightmare! Keep that roof over your head though. Start pricing storage space so that if all else fails you can at least keep your set up.
Is down sizing something you could propose?


Craziest thing though. I had a lawyer who was a fish geek. He cut me a great rate and brought me a bag of his home bred white clouds into court. Lol
