Condos suck in general! I had this az wipe downstairs complain about my playing an acoustic guitar in the afternoon. I called police and they said if it disturbs a neighbor you can't play it. They were beating on my door and threating me. I keep a rawlings baseball bat in closet for when I take my nephew to batting cages. Also last time they were at my door I would not let them complain just said are you breaking and entering then hit bat against wall----- theyhaven;t said a word to me since last November LOL Fight it man you are doing nothing wrong. You are giving the fish away to people like me for free as a hobby not profit. That what you tell the frockers. Soldiers are dying in the Middle Est and Azz hoes here are worrying about some dude minding his own buissiness playing drums or guitar or enjoying his fish hobby. Some thing is not right in the world!
 
Well I have my response letter all ready.
It basically says I keep all these fish as pets( which pet fish&birds ARE allowed) & since the floor is concrete it'll hold them no problem. So, I haven't broken any by-laws
