It is a silk plant I bought at Michael's art store then I siliconed it to some rocks and filled in the silicone with sand. I took a chance with it, and it seems to be ok so far. I could t find any "proper" aquarium plants big enough to cover my diy overflow intake so I had to improvise.How about boris? A strong Russian name for him.

It is an achara catfish. Very nice looking but will be too big for my tank in about 15 minutes. They grow really big really fast.

Since this is a thread about fish names... I have 2 of the acharas, 1 has a crooked lip that looks like it has had a stroke so I call it jean (like the pants) after an old Canadian pm named Jean Chrétien, who had a stroke and his lip sags a bit. Then the others name is billy. Like the Michael Jackson song, billy jean.
Like uncle steve.. we used to call the crocodile hunter (steve Irwin) uncle steve.
