In an aquarium setting, I'm a fan of granular ferric oxide for the sake of phosphate consumption. I service a few aquarium that utilize GFO in a reactor and algae is never an issue.

Perhaps one of the products used by scuba divers to prevent the inside of their dive masks from fogging. I was thinking Rain X too
