I need an ID on this fish

He used to be really stressed out and pale but ever since i put my new fx5 on the tank he looks alot better and has developed a big head. We bought him as a parrot fish but i am not too sure about it anymore, maybe some kind of hybrid?

Can anyone give me an ID on this guy?

hes been chasing all of the parrot fish out of his little cave but i think it paired up with one and they are digging together. Is that a good sign for breeding?

Also if you know what his value is that would be helpful.

I was about to sell him along with 7 other parrots for $40 but my parents didn't want to let them go, now i'm kinda glad i didn't go through with the sale.

parrot fish probly mixed with somthing kinda looks like a mix with a flowes horn i have a parrot fish mixed with a red devil righit now could alsow be that

its hard to say you just need to watch ur fish and learn there attuide if its been ok in there for a while i would asume it would be fine the best way to tell though is just to keep a eye on him

Looks like a male parrot that got a little more of the rd/midas gene.Nice fish!As far as agression just keep an eye on him as he get big,I had a full grown male that would back down a RD but most are not that aggressive

well great it just killed one of my redtail prochilodus.. i checked them when i got home from class and everything was okay. i went out to buy food and my brother calls and say one of my fish is dead. i come home and find both his eyes missing.
