If any of you have followed my other threads, you already know about the RDs and green terror that I got with a 110 gal tank. I am getting a 125 as well this weekend. The RDs are going to a new home in NYC but my husband really liked the GT so we are keeping him. The 125 comes with 4 oscars (I don't know type or size yet) and 2 larger plecs (don't know which kind yet) which I do not know if we will keep or not. We want the GT to go into the 125 but that is alot of tank for one 4" fish. I have no clue about tank mates for him and my husband wants to see what the potential tank mates will look like.

Sooooo for all of you out there that have experience. What are good tank mates for green terrors and show us pictures if you can.

I appreciate your help.

Well I have never kept GT's myself so I'm just going on what I have read here.

But I should think that perhaps a JD would be a good mate. I don't have any recent shots of mine, but I can say they're quite interesting fish and are very pretty.

My Green Terror lives with a Jaguar, Red Bay Snook,3 Firemouths, and a Gibbiceps Pleco in 75 gallons. If my Tank were 125 I'd probably add an Escondido if I find one 2 Salvina and a Sarabia or pehaps a Tapajos2 Cobra Pike if I could find it but cross my fingers the pike doesn't tear up the other fish or visa versa.

honestly, in a 125 you could pretty much pick any cichlid that stays around or under 18". granted you give ample hiding places and such. good luck with your search..

Salvini, Loisellei, Friedrichsthalii, JD, Oscar, Festae, Carpinte, RD, Midas, Jaguar, Motaguense, Cuban, possibly Grammodes, there are many more fish you can keep as well. Like mike said, basically anything not too monstrous or aggressive would work.
