One of my Mono is doing something like gasping for air. it keeps on closing and opening it's mouth fast. WHAT SHOULD I DO?????

Check water parameters. is tank properly cycled. How big is pbass any tankmates? if so how are they behaving? When was last wc? Are these the fish in the 10 gal?
they are in a 40 gallon for now and they are each 2". and i did a water change this morning and the temp is 84 degrees. and no it's only them two. and is thruly cycled. is anything wrong? =[
Did he just eat....could just be digesting food...or does it actually seem as though it is gasping for air?
is he gasping for air? or is he just having some trouble getting his food down?
If they tank is cycled abd at 84* than he should be fine unless he ate a feeder with a parasite. keep us updated with as much information as possible.
is the other fish doing this aswell? or just the one
