they haven't eaten for the whole day only the tem have. the mono just looks at it and swims away. and it's like opening and closing it's mouth

Is it rapid or is it "yawning" or is it a slower opening and closing? Rapid...could be something wrong.........."yawning" = normal.....slowly opening and closing = normal.

i dun feed them Goldfishes i feed em Guppies but it hasn't been eating. and yes the tem is doing fine but the mono is the one gasping for air.
I would say that it is fine...but keep an eye on it. Keep the aerator in the tank to increase the oxygen. Keep us updated MK4!

Just keep an eye on the guy and make sure he has the aerator going in the tank. You could also do a small water change and add some salt in with the new water.
