Can you describe the worms? Length? Are they round or flat? Can you see a "head and tail" end to them, or are they the same at each end?

Your just being paranoid. Its nothing that hasn't been covered a million and a half time on here. A simple search would've yielded the same results. Plus, I don't think you have enough filtration... :screwy:

ok in my initial post i asked what was the worms, which means i didnt know what they were so how can i search what i dont know--thats why i started the post so i can inquire----and you're trying to tell me 2 fx-5s and 1 xp4 on a 180 is not enough filtration :shakehead and i didnt even mention the uv sterilizer

they seem to be flat but they "wiggle" from both ends so i cant determine a head or tail

Interesting.

Probably not planaria then. (That is why I asked for the description) You didn't give an estimated length.

Planaria don't wiggle from side to side and they have a VERY clearly defined head.

Long shot - mosquito larvae? They twist back and forth though I think they prefer still water to running water.

if your fish look healthy you probably shouldn't worry, you could take a sample to a fish store and have them identify it if possible
