i still think its to crowded.... why not just get a bunch of small fish because obviously u get bored of ur fish that take to long to grow so i think u should get a dwarf tank because heres what is going to happen
they will grow slowly because of bad water quality. and then u will see a new fish u like so u will be like omg what can i do o i know trade in my fish so u will be back to square one.
dude just get that 55g full of some laetenacra some apistos and or some dwarf pikes and then get some bottom feeders and plant ur tank then u wont get bored i love just watching my tank and its a dwarf 55g
