Are there any cichlids that are non aggressive but still get over 10'' at least, i know of angelfish but i dont want that. i want a fish that will not try to peck at other fish but just swim and mind there business. i searched all around for a thread like this but none were as specific as my case, let me know

some of the goephagus are pretty peacefull not sure about adult sizes of 10" tho my tapajio pair are slowing down at 7" they are beautiful and keep to them selves.

ya probly some type of geo for non aggressive ones. although in my experience, alot of the ones that are labeled aggressive can be pretty calm as well. just depends on the fish.

geos are your pest bet. a few will get close to 10", altifrons, jurupari, and leucosticta get big. redheads will get some size on them

Agree with the prior posts, especially in regard with some of the larger Satanoperca, very passive for being cichlids

i have geo juri, a little aggressive toward pink convict, but does no harm. How about a king king parrot? a good looking hydra cichlid that is pretty and mild.

i have 3 altifrons, 2 juriparis, 1 heckilli....they are all mild and calm...the altifrons mess with each other but out of ALL the cichlids ive ever had these are the calmest...and so beautiful

What do you want to keep it with? Uaru and chocolate cichlids are pretty mellow, and I'm told pearsei and bocourti are also but I haven't kept either of those.
