For $15K you can get a nice Mitsubishi Evo, 200SX SER, RSX Type S, Integra Type R, BMW 330, Nissan 240sx S14, Mustang GT, Lexus IS 300, Toyota Supra 3rd Generation. In my opinion M3 is a little out of your budget to maintain. Out of all those choice if I had to choose I would go for the Mitsubishi Evo or RSX Type S. These two cars are proven very reliable and they can handle a good beating driving them daily.

That is because Prelude do not come turbo and I bet your uncle paid a hefty price to fabricate his own turbo kit.
