I do 50 situps 25 crunches i bench more reps rather than alota weight i curl alot. Im basicly trying to get ripped not huge but you know what i mean.
i've ben takeing criotine and in 1 week i see nothing new. Should i just stop takeing the powder and do outher stuff or what?

my max bench is 180
dont know if i should do more situps more crunches what

Can some one tell me what i can do to get 6pack etc...

(this is milks bro btw)

heh kk. I'm gona drop the powder and bump it up to 100 situps 100 crunches and just push myself harder, I think a mile a day is good enough no?

I'm 15, and my dad always talks abotu when he was younger how tone he was. and he showed me a pic OMG! he had a 12 pack and was buff and what not.. and i wana be like that lmao.
 
i have a 4 pack you can barley see the last 2.im 5'6 103lbs my arms are 16" around when flexed and i run 2 miles a day 150 situps 100 push ups and a ton of jumping jacks.my max bench is 110lbs yes i know im not good at benching.i can squat 250lbs.i curl about 60lbs-70lbs.i leg press 300lbs.but running is the best for you.i do all this for wrestling and im 14 and went undifeated 13-0 last yeah.work pays off
 
Rally usually has great advice but i disagree with you on this one......are you taking straight creatine or a creatine mixture? i work out with my buddy everyday after school now........hes been takin a mixutre for five weeks and you can tell a huge difference....i just started takin it a week ago and havnt really seen anything but its a little early yet....its called NO2 Xplode you can buy it at GNC....i'm goin for a different approach though.....i am tryin to get bigger not definition so much......if you round your workout and still take it , trust me, it works.........i would increase your crunches and stuff with the mixture and see what your outcome is like.......and easy way to get definition is to lighting up your free weights and doing more repitions, that helps a lot too.......just tryin to help out..........i got a lot of body builders in my family so i've picked up a little bit............good luck though.......

good call.......i try to run at least a mile everyday .......that helps out a lot too...........
 
Yea my dad went to ohio state on a wrestling thing... and then quit when he met my mom.

I bench 180 max
squat was 375
leg press idk i did 425 but stopped after that
Also i mix the criotine with gatorade and water, i take it every day exsept on weekends.

I'm gona start doing this though every day:
run 1 mile
100situps/100 crunches
100 pushups
3 sets of 100lbs 10times (bench)
3 sets of 100lbs 10 times (squat)
3 sets of 85lbs 10 times on the pull down thing
3 sets of 85lbs 10 times (incline)
3 sets of probably like 50lbs (curls)
All i drink is water and gatorade so thats a good thing.

i was gona try and do my workouts without weights, No weights at all just natural exsercies and crap but i dont think i will have a better outcome that way
