try this,

Whatever workout routine you decide do increase each set by ten pounds for example if you start out with a bench press at 110lbs do a set of twelve wait a minute or two keep moving then bump it to 120lbs again twelve times increase your third set to either 130 or your max weight and do it as many times as you can without killing yourself you will see a difference within two to three weeks. This is what I used to do I need to start doing it again.

Agh, while i was doing my situps (was on 30) my dad tells me to stop he wants to show me something he used to do when he was younger... :screwy: ... anywho i say ok.

He tells me to lay flat on my back, put my legs together, and lift them 6" off the ground hold for 2 seconds and repeat. he told me to do it 20 times.
Than when i finished that he told me to do crunches but bring my legs up at the same time, i did 20 of those.
Next he tells me to lift my legs up to make a right angle. so they are way up in the air, and hold for 2 seconds... etc.. i did 20 of those. I threw up... This workout is simple as hell but yet owned my ass.

Also, my chest isent the thing i need to work on thats big as hell and is perfect.

I need to work on my front abs, side abs, and my back a lil i know how to do that though.
its just my abs i wish were like they used to be. i had a 6 pack when i was yougner lol. now im a fat lil 15 year old :)

elevate your feet and do your crunches with a 20lb weight on your chest and ditch the situps. They are terrible on yor back.

How high should i put my feet, like on the couch? and than put a 25? on my chest and do crunches? why not a 45. and i agree i hate situps they suck ass.

Egh why is it that abs are the hardest thing to workout!!!

i disagree with this completely........he said he was looking for definition not muscle mass.......to burn fat and get more definition you need higher sets of reps with lighter weight.......not more reps with heavier weights.....that builds mass........it can help you but you won't get the definition your looking for..............

I wana be like take shirt off DAMN look at that 8pack!!!! lmao.

im gona try my dads workout plus my 100crunches and some situps and see how that does if it dosent work, i'll do the weight on my stomach and crunches
