Get MORE lighting. Do not change the black diamond sand, they make your cichlids colors a lot deeper. Change your background to either dark blue or black. Add or replace your rocks with lighter color. Get a driftwood. Paint your canopy and your stand the same color, preferably the red varnish. Add either a bubble wall or a bubble tower for that aesthetic effect.
