I really hate petstores sometimes

Would anyone know where I should go to report this? And this will really suck for this store since right now they are getting complaints for being a puppy mill. Hopefully they will get shut down. That is only if the animals get lucky enough.
Perhaps you could send them a letter explaining how you feel about the conditions of some of the animals there and also explain the CITES status of that mistreated bird that they have.There is a slim chance that maybe they dont know just how endangered the bird is and how it really should be better cared for.I would state my intentions to seek out and contact authorities if changes are not made in a short period of time.But then if the place is thought to be a pupy mill then the conditions of the animals there is not too much of a priority to them and maybe they should be shut down........be there when it happens and maybe you can rescue that bird.
my aunt has a couple african greys that she doesn't even hardly pay attention to anymore. I was gonna ask her if I could have them when i have my own house. I would love to have them. they are so friendly. they actually speak very well and seem to understand what they are saying and all.
