I really need a quick answer (substrate)

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
yes but you will put the rim down into the sand, and they will crawl in through the holes, setup camp, and because no fish can get at them they will continue to breed. (hopefully) sometimes they dont always go there, but the cup will go within the rock work, and the rocks will be built around the cup.

Or you can breed them in your refugium?

Eh...I'll skip that for now...I'm suddenly seeing millions of gazillions of pods all over my two caulerpa species...

its not needed but for me, i have to feed two scooters and a mandarian, i need a good supply. Algae are awesome spots for them to breed and what not. You should be fine.

Thanks :)

Do I need to feed my pods? (Like an occasional sinking crayfish pellet or something)

I noticed an anemone thing that looked like aiptasia nestled in my grape caulerpa. WIl it prey on my pods or multiply everywhere?

you really should avoid that, if it looks like nothing's collecting/growing in the fuge you could drop a few flakes/pellet in i suppose

Well alright, I guess I won't do it then.

I just saw something really interesting - there was a swarm of some really really small animals (the swarm was like a dust cloud of white particles like 0.2mm big)
What are they?
