I lima could work well but i thik that if the Jag became agressive the lima could end up getting damaged.

I highly doubt a 9.5" Lima could eaten by your average Jag. Unless it was over 18". Lol. Which isnt likely in a 75G.
Just be really sure to be careful about sizes. You'd be AMAZED what a Jag will manage to fit in it's mouth! 
I love my lima, hes always out and trolling for food, but if you're looking for a cat that will not hide all the time, and is pretty fast, a pim blochii would be pretty. I love both of mine.

Yea i have a 16" Lima in my tank and he's great!! I have a Jardini in with his and he doesn't get picked on at all. They are a great cat in my eyes.
I'm pretty sure I'm getting a Lima. They look rad. I've seen some pretty cool looking ones, even one patterent like a TSN on top, then a white lite throught the middle and black on its stomache. Like a Mini TSN.
how long could you keep a jag and a lima in a 30 gallon?? could the lima be kept in a 95 (4'x2'x17'') could the jag be in a 30 for life without any other bottom dwellers????
