so about a month ago i went to my LFS and saw that they had got 2 baby sens about 1.5 inches and plump. I went there today just to chat and look and i looked in the tank and there was 1 dead and 1 as skinny as a small plants stem. I walked in and saw it and was like i have to get it. So my LFS starts to try and have a laugh with me about grammar (i asked a question etc..) So after i hurried the conversation along i finally got the poly i got home and i am floating him right now. It looks like they haven't eaten in like a month. I will try and post pics from my laptop but when i upload them they don't show. Can some one help me with this. And srry if i sound all jittery i have mixed emotions and don't know the right words.

Dont take this the wrong way, but i think you should talk to your friend about the condition of his stock if hes not feeding them for a month at times...

I know but the thing is is that that shop is his dream and it's gonna close down soon (bad business area) and he is trying everything (getting another job etc...) So most likely he won't be ordering anymore bichirs. and if he does i'll make sure they stay in shape 
^ i mean fair enough if the guy is down on his luck.... I know it has to be tough, since even in HK shops on fish street are sadly closing down left and right... Even one of the stores i've supported for years i only found out today had closed down already

Yeah He has the best selection i know of. He doesn't have them all in the store but if he doesn't he tries and order it for you personally. Because his supplier (segrest farms) can get it to him in about 2 days. Unfortunately people choose the lower quality intelligence at petco and petsmart. Some petcos and petsmarts have good staff but most don't.
oh and i guess i made it look like he doesn't feed all his fish but it's just the bichirs and false information. Probably thought that they could do ok for some extra time. Because he doesn't have the money to buy frozen foods and all that so i don't know what he was feeding them but he feeds the other really good.
Yeah, just sucks to see good places go... That store i was talking about built great quality tanks for really cheap... Not to mention they were the only store i could find that sold 1L bottles of purigen...
