They actually use this method on Tilapia and some Game fish. They mix it with Ethanol and spray the pellets , after evaporation its stored @-20 Celsious It will grow Tilapia 5 times faster. 1 mg MT/ml. 95% Ethanol

Lol and HGH is human growth hormone and would have little to no effect on animals sorta how bovine growth hormone have very little effect if any one us.
