You need to buy several black cats to host the spirits, then drive off somewhere far away and feed them to a large snake. Kill the snake. Ghosties all gone.

Or get some ghost knives to chop up the ghosts.

Old houses are notorious for weird things happening. An old coworker of mine used to live in a 100+ year old farm house. He said alot of the same stuff people associate with ghost stories. Like weird noises, seeing things that arent there and what not. If something like that is on your mind, your more likely to trick yourself into believing its true.
