Hzzzzz I just paid 501$ taxes included for a brand new 75 gallon with no cover light and stand. Just a bare tank. I think my local pet store take a very high cotisation on what she is selling.

For 501 bucks, you could had built a large 200g+ for yourself.

No kidding. I just bought cinder blocks and a pre cut piece of countertop material and made my own stand. The lighting is just a flourescent strip light I hung from the ceiling and the tops are just cut pieces of glass with enough cut out of the back for the filters.
Total the tank (125 gallon), stand, lights and tops cost me around $180 and the filters only cost me $40.
