yah no kidding, so far he's been good, doesn't like when his food is to big. Liked the worms, gave him some shrimp but he preferred it in smaller pieces. So far he likes to hide alot, but as he gets more use to the enviornment he should get more social. I hope
 
Some updates of the pond. Had a scare, found my l. pictus up side down during a cold snap and thought he was dead, come home later that day and my 12 in arowana was floating, and on of my oscars on the bottom next to the catfish. After scooping out the Arowana I noticed the cat's barbels moving and freaked to warm him up. Managed to save the cat and Oscar and now have 4 400whatt heaters for the cold. The cat is about a foot and a half, maybe a little bigger and the oscars are 9 inches, while the albino tinfoil barbs are about 6-7 inches. The pot is a typical 12 inches diameter and you can compare to older pictures earlier in the post. Hope you like!

want to build an indoor pond one of these days. Just odnt really have the room for a rubbermaid or anything.
