Sorry for that. I've read that a dehydrated milk product is used in Thialand to artificially raise discus fry, Instead of using the parents slime coat. Of course this is done with several water changes a day. Since discus are supposedly a more sensitive fish I'd think that there would be nothing to worry about with the water changes you've already done.
