I think my sen is telling me something.

They bicker but not as bad. A group of 3 will get u a bully for sure in the group. But I have barbs in my tank and they bother the Chalceus a bit and keep them occupied form each other. My six at the time were prior to the barbs and there were no bickering among them for sure. Yes...I'd have to agree with you Hendre Hendre . I've had two once and there was some bullying by one. It didn't end well as the other died. Since then I only keep groups of 4 or more. This is the exception.

The filament barbs I have are pretty annoying to the other fish. Not so much to my upper jaws polys.

I feed sinking and floating pellets at the same time.I spread it across the entire tank. It works out fine.

My pink tail is the only upper dweller so i usually distract him when i feed, he was in a tank with 2 others that seemed to bully him but he had the best colours even though he hid and his fins were a little tattered at the time, but he is great now. I feed Prima, floats then sinks after a few seconds. I just immerse it by hand and sometimes they get it. Otherwise bloodworm works great.

I would love barbs but most are way too much for me to afford and its hard to find more than 2 or 3 medium ones at once :(

Yea...these guys gorge on anything that hits the water.

That's too bad about the barbs but as long as ur tank peaks ur interest then ur good.

I have both in the same tank. That's the false one. Not even sure of the ID on the false looking jag cat. Maybe if I can get a shot out I'll post it.

Use some flash lol put the phone against the tank with flash on. Get some pics of both of them for the catfish section ;)

I'll try.

Can keep a group together without too many problems. It spreads the aggression out equally.

The issues begin when you have 2 or 3 and one of them gets bigger and starts to be aggressive and no other dithers to help in the tank. Big space helps too.
