there are some things that vary. if your tank is a community tank, with multiple species of fish, there is a possibility that they will be beaten and even die. its good to have the parents alone, but if you can't, be cautious and if possible get a divider, and seperate them. not all the fish will die, i've never had any of my other fish die in the tank from angels breeding before, but it is possible, because they do get very aggressive.
and yes, it is good to sepperate them from the parents because they can eat them, its happend to me multiple times before, even the last batch i had about 2 weeks ago got eaten (although i think this time it was the 7' pleco that was the culprit.) suggestiong is to separate the eggs to prevent predators and parents, and other options is to wait till they hatch and start swimming and buy a net that is placed on the side of the take and protects them from other fish. good luck.
