I think there might be somthing wrong with my aro.

Actually u would be suprised how long aros can go without eating. Asian aros have been known to go on hunder strikes...some lasting months. It is actually not an uncommon behaviour.
yea well hes swimming more but evertime I turn the lights on in the mornin he freaks out and swimms hella fast around the tank...funny but kinda not. but hes eating like a pig now like 3 pieces of FD krill in one sitting, then I lay off and give him a break. When should I start to ween him onto pellets or frozen shrimp or prawns?
your aro should be getting used to your tank really soon. eating is already a good sign. just wait a bit more and he should be alright.
usually for a young aro, we fill up only half or less of the tank to let him feel secure. only topping up gradually when he grows up.

I use amber light bulbs part of the day. I would get him on Hikari pellets asap and make that his staple, then add crickets, worms or whatever else ....

....ok now I worried...THANKS!! Im gone all weekend so Ill do a waterchange when I get home on sunday. Should I just starve him until he takes pellets?
If you have overflows, I would get plants that attatch to the bottom of the tank and just get ones that are real long. The floating ones will block your overflow holes and raise the water level. I have the longest ones they sell and I place the bottom of the plant in the front middle of the tank so that they dont get plowed up to the overflows.
How long exactly has it been since he's eaten?? Is he looking strong or thin and fragile? I hate to give my opinion and have him not make it. If he's healthy and not underweight, starve his little %^#^@ the skittishness (new word) is normal. He's stressed, that's OK, limit your activity near his tank and that room for a while, do your water changes and try to maintain the temp as to not further his stress. I'd say he's an excellent candidate for almond tree leaves, I used them on mine when he was little, he mellowed out and ate instantly.
