I have a Red tail catfish that was about 1inch now it's 3 in 2weeks so I put it in 20 gallon tank after 5 days I put it in the pond now it just at mid waterlevel corner of the pond and won't it I think it's still full or something but tell me you're suggestions

I'd be glad to help but I cannot make out top from bottom and end from beginning in the OP. I humbly suggest retyping the post using recognizable sentences and giving some consideration to the empowering use of punctuation. If it is just me puzzled, then disregard my stupid suggestions, it's got to be me not you...

It dawned on me that "won't it" stands for "won't eat".

If so, my guess would be it is not comfortable in your pond. Most likely something is off with the water in your pond. I humbly suggest starting with the liquid tests to determine ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and pH in your pond. Do not use dip sticks.

Otherwise, the water may have wrong hardness and / or TDS for this fish, unstable pH, low dissolved oxygen, wrong temperature, maybe the fish is bullied, or too much light, or the fish contracted a pathogen in the new home and is sick or working out an immunity to it at the moment.

In all these cases - the RTC is not comfortable, hence, no appetite.

Agree with Victor. Need to know more too. What else is in there, how big is pond, is water same quality and readings as tank, was it acclimatised, when last fed and on what/ how much, etc. etc.
Little surprised in moving a 5 day red tail from a tank to a pond.
If nothing else it’s suddenly from a Small safe environment to a vast unknown one.

What's in the pond is 2 senegalus bichir 2 goldfish 1 juvenile albino iridescent shark (I will transfer the goldfish when the catfish tries to eat it) last fed yesterday now it just won't eat probably stress (I think) the pond is 10+ feet long 70 inches wide
I feed it cut fish or Hikaru carnivore Pellets now it is 4inches long

If all of the above checks out fine, it is just the stress of rehoming from one tank to another. It should get accustomed to the new tank/pond and regain its appetite within days.

I'd worry about the sens too.
