I thought channa were killing machines?!

WOW! Nice looking pleuros! Look very different from the ones that I have seen before.:naughty:
 
I just thought these pics I came across was ironic because of that little severum shoaling right along with them! You woulda thunk the channa would have killed that severum the way people always say how aggressive they are!
 
Some species of Channa are aggresive. I have kept Pleauros and they were more docile. Argus, Micropeltes and Marulia were pretty aggresive. Only to things that were similar in size to their mouths.

So if those pics aren't yours then who do they belong to? If you post pictures that don't belong to you you should at least be giving them credit.
 
So youre saying these fish pictured are a docile species and that even the "aggressive" ones like micros and maurulia only mess with stuff they can eat? Cool! Didint know that. I thought they killed anything in sight!

I found these pictures going through links from my local fish club to other clubs and other websites. I dont know whos they are. They were just in with a bunch of pictures in a gallery kind of like ours.
