I'll post pics as soon as I get him home and I borrow a camera.
As for the safety of leaving him at the store, I wanted to get my filtration problem sorted out as I just lost my sump (and 60 gallons of water on the floor) for the 320g. I have a Fluval 404 and 4 hydro sponge filters (2 x 2 of them stacked together) with MJ1200 ph's attached for filtration. The overflow is also filled with pot scrubbers as a wet/dry. Not the best but better than nothing. I have 2 XP3's on order to add to them. The store is probably better for him than my tank is right now (I hope).
Great, now you've got me thinking... I might just have to go pick him up next weekend afterall. I can see some sleepless nights ahead worrying about him.
Congrats on your new purchase and your plunge.....Anyways the owner should take care of it and next time you purchase, if your not planning to take it home right away just give the owner a deposit, but if something goes wrong he should reimburse or give you a full refund if something happened to the fish on his care.....
Yeah, me too. I hope he builds his tank soon, I'm getting impatient. I guess I could put the Jardini in a temporary holding tank and get the RTG earlier to put in the bigger tank. I am just waiting for a couple of cannister filters that I ordered since the sump on the big tank broke last weekend.
I got my RTG yesterday and he is eating well (Hikari pellets, frozen bloodworm and shrimp). I'll be putting the Jardini (waiting in a 25g) in my new 200g tank when I get it tomorrow. I borrowed a camera from school for spring break and took some pictures but I can't download them yet as I don't have the cable. I'll have to wait till next week.
