Hey Rayman, I have a decent amount of experience setting up these type of 75 gallon setups from my pet store days. Here are the mixes that usually worked out for most people (If you get a real aggressive member of any of these species, it can change in a heartbeat)

- Niger Trigger or Blue Throat Trigger (only the male has the blue throat). Both are relatively non-aggressive for triggers, and stay reasonably small.

- Wolf eel (brown and green easy to come by in NYC)

- Porcupine Puffer (Bear in mind, they can get HUGE, I've seen some in Belize as long as my arm. Most will stay small and live a long time in a 75, but some stress out and croak)

PM me if you have specific questions, I'll be happy to try and point you in the right direction

thanks for the time... but i got better plans for this 75 ;)

wtf.. you post a thread about making a 75 salt... people "WASTE" their time for you and you tell them that was all worthless cause you dont want to do it any more....

kasphh......(i spit on you and your frts):swear:

LOL.... people will liek this you know ;)

Well I'm about to turn my 180 salt and go to the dark side.. So at least you guys helped me out.. Thanks!!!

DONT DO IT

chris, you move yet?

YES DO IT.... theres lots of bad ass salt fish like the panther grouper:naughty:

dont listen to rayman hes a loser:p

Yea I'm all moved in.... I am about to give Angie my 125 and 150 and she is gonna take the black aro, Tig, Etc.. I'm only keeping my 180 and I'm seriously probably going to turn it salt. I am getting kinda bored with the hobby and am hoping this is going to bring me back around. I think that redline could have done it but I'm glad you found someone local.. I am gonna try a trigger, lionfish, eel or grouper tank... I like all the cool ass creatures like fire shrimp and starfish but of course all the fish I want to keep will eat those dudes. Neo got me lookin at the Japanese Dragon Moray.. Looks bad ass

Unknownuza13 - 180 is the perfect size for a salt tank. If you feel like running anything by me, feel free to drop a PM. I'm not an expert, but I did well in my petstore days through current helping people pick good fish mixes.
